Dealing With Rejected Ads on Meta

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE IN REPLACING REJECTED ADS WITH COMPLIANT ONES

Newest update from our account manager inside META:

Since this week, META implemented a new system internally which focuses a lot on the amount of rejected ads in relation to the ad account health and performance.

Meaning, that if you have rejected ads, your other ads’ performance will decline (CPM rises, CPA’s rises, CPC rises etc)

In order to keep your account healthy with a good performance, you need to take care of your rejected ads.

How to do this? ->

  1. Go to your rejected ad
  2. Edit the creative (use one of the following creatives in this drive: CREATIVES)
  3. Edit the adcopy -> Look at these boots
  4. Edit the domain -> use www.google.com for the domain
  5. IMPORTANT -> turn OFF languages in the ad settings
  6. Make sure there are no errors showing before publishing
  7. Publish
  8. After it is approved you can turn off the ad
Why this matters:

By doing this, you’ll keep your ad account in good standing, improve your account health score, and help ensure your approved ads get the best possible performance — with lower CPMs, CPCs, and CPAs.

🚨IMPORTANT NOTE:

Removing the ad will not give the same effect since the rejected ad ID will still exist internally, it is essential to follow these exact steps.
