HOW TO CREATE A NEW BROWSER PROFILE IN ADSPOWER

This guide walks you through creating a new AdsPower browser profile with the correct browser, operating system, and proxy settings to ensure smooth logins and account safety.

What you’ll need

  • AdsPower installed and logged in

  • Your proxy details (Host, Port, and Proxy Type), if provided

  • Cookies (optional — only if you were given them)

Quick Setup Overview 🚀

  • SunBrowser = Chrome

  • FlowerBrowser = Firefox

  • Always select the latest browser version

  • SOCKS5 proxies are recommended for ad accounts and stability

Step-by-Step Guide

1️⃣ Create a New Profile

  1. Click New Profile in the top-left corner.

  2. Enter a clear Profile Name.

Recommended naming format:
Client Name – Platform – Country – Date
Example: Acme – Facebook – US – 2026-01-27

2️⃣ Choose Browser & Version

  1. Select your Browser Type:

    • SunBrowser → Chrome

    • FlowerBrowser → Firefox

  2. From the version dropdown, choose the latest available version.

3️⃣ Select Operating System

  1. Choose the operating system you’re using:

    • Mac

    • Windows

4️⃣ (Optional) Assign a Group

  1. Use Groups to organize multiple profiles.

    • Helpful if you manage several clients

    • Can be skipped if not needed

5️⃣ (Optional) Add Cookies

  1. Paste cookies only if they were provided to you.

    • If not, leave this section empty and proceed normally

6️⃣ Set Up Your Proxy 🌐

  1. In the Proxy Settings section:

    • Enter the proxy manually if it’s not already saved

    • Select the correct Proxy Type

    • Enter the Host and Port

Proxy Type Guidance

  • SOCKS5 (Recommended): Best for ad accounts, automation, and long-term stability

  • HTTP: Acceptable for basic browsing, but less reliable for ads

7️⃣ Skip “Change IP URL”

  1. Leave Change IP URL empty.

    • This is only used for mobile or rotating proxies

8️⃣ Select Platform & Auto-Open Websites

  1. Choose the appropriate Platform.

  2. Add the following websites to Auto-Open on Launch:

  • facebook.com

  • facebook.com/accountquality

  • 2fa.live

These will open automatically each time the profile starts.

9️⃣ Finish Setup ✅

  1. Click OK to create the profile.

Your AdsPower browser profile is now ready to use 🎉
